Possibly cyanobacteria. Usually a sign on excess nutrients in the system. I do see your phosphates are up. Are you running any kind of GFO or refugium? How often and how much are you doing for water changes? and are you using RO/DI water to mix your salt with?

I have a sump but only running a skimmer. I use rodi but i just put in a canister with phosguard. My city water had .2 phosphates. 1 or two times a month water changes. Lately its been weekly.

Had to order chemiclean. Started Saturday the 24. I did a 20% water change today monday the 26th. And most of the red slime is gone. I did turn the lights off for sunday and monday. They are back on normal schedule now. This is what it looked like before treatment. This was only a few days growth. It had just exploded in the tank. Hopefully it will not come back. I dont know where it came from however all fish and corals are doing fine.
