Red algae??

I have these all over my aquarium. They grow and geometric little clusters. I assume they were red algae, but they have a little white dots on them. I would love to get rid of them. Advice please?

Thanks for the ID!! I thought that was it and I figured it was invasive...My next question is how do you remove Valonia? Steps here somewhere? Thanks so much!!
