Looks like cyano to me. Try doing a search through the site for cyano solutions, there's lots of options.

Yup, Cyano, a bacteria, first check your nutrients to see if elevated outside of trace amounts.
Sometimes can result from carbon dosing Nopox.
If it’s a little, just suck it out, it usually fixes itself as the system matures.
If it’s taking over, chemi clean.
