Red and white striped tentacle? Id help!

Love to watch the reef at night and see what tries to hide. Found this little tentacle probing out of a sponge on my lr. Any ideas as to what it can be.

normal to have a tentacle? seems strange

I do not see a tentacle. The photo is of a sponge. How long is this tentacle? Its normal to see life all over the rock. The things you have to worry about are pest creatures. Star fish, crabs, nudibranch, etc

It's the arm of a mini brittle star. It's a good guy.
