Red/blue LEDs for refugium?

Anyone ever try using those plant grow LED fixtures from eBay to grow chaeto? Are they better than 6500k light I'm already using? They only have the red and blue LEDs

Yes, but you want something small, like a par38. A 6:1 red:royal blue ratio is best
