Red Branchy Algae (Not Cyano)

I have this weird red algae growing in my skinny overflow

It likes flow and is just constantly coming back in my tank.

Any ideas on what it might be?

Is it slimy? If it’s branchy it might be ogo or some other type of gracilaria
