Hey,
I have a red bubble tip anemone in my 260L mixed reef, and over the past few months it's just stopped growing, I have had it for nearly two years now, and it's been in my 360 for a year now (previously was in my 20 Gallon). After I moved it, it seemed to be doing well, and it split a few times, however maybe 6 months ago it split again, and hasn't grown back to its original size, staying relatively small, My clowns stopped hosting it around this time (in favor of my large Duncan coral), and recently it has developed bubble tips (which I'm not complaining about!), I'm just worried something is wrong with it, as it looked spectacular and really stood out before.
Does anyone know why it might not be growing? nothing major has changed in the tank, I'm using the same salt (Reef crystals) and feeding it Mysis shrimp every so often, the parameters are also as they should be... any suggestions?
Thanks
Ethan
P.s here's a picture of it when it was big, and one was taken today!
