Hey guys, I might be getting a RBTA and i was wondering if the lighting in my coralife biocube would be sufficient or if i would need to upgrade my lights. The current lights are the stock 24 watt 10000K Compact florescent one white and one blue . this is a one time chance i need to know asap .In my tank i have a maroon clownfish a blenny and a banded coral shrimp. My equipment in my tank is the oceanic skimmer and green killing machine uv sterilizer( when needed ).will post basic paramaters later.Thank you very much.

As long as you change the bulbs out when needed you will be fine. I had a rbta years ago in a biocube for over a year with no issues

Yup me too, for many years.

Cool, the price sounds good but i wont know until later this week, actually i was wrong on the wattage of the lights they are 36 watts.

Hmm, I'd keep an eye on it and maybe feed it one or twice a week. I've only dared to have BTAs after getting leds
