Hey guys I was think about buying a rose bubble tip anenome but I wasn't sure if he would kill or harm my Duncan coral that I have in the tank.

Joker is correct. If you want an anemone that won't really move or sting things you could get a flower anemone or a mini-carpet anemone if you like them. There are some beautiful colors and they will host anemone crabs, shrimp, etc, just not clowns.
Sometimes you get lucky with bubble tips and it will sit in one spot and almost never move or you can get unlucky and have one that moves 10 times a week.

Again, Joker is right. My bubble tip is now 3 bubble tips. They are moving and stinging some of the other corals. It is a risk.

BTAs are jerks.

Mine was awesome for about 9 months. Then it moved behind the rocks, split into 4 nems, and each of them started roaming the tank killing corals.

I have only lost one large Fiji yellow leather to them so far. But one of the BTAs is getting close to some expensive Acro frags. Time for a small shot of CaOH!
