I have these bugs and I need to get rid of them. My corals have not been opening up and now they are attacking my invertebrates. Does anyone know what they are? I tried a light try with Interceptor but I can up the dosage. Maybe these arent red bugs. I have no idea

Yep = Dreaded coral red bugs
Red bugs (Tegastes acroporanus) are small flea-like beasts that can infest smooth-skinned acropora sp and like little blood-suckers . The medication that kills them is actually dog medication called Interceptor, and you must obtain it from a vet although Tractor Supply just started carrying it, but I believe vet authorization still needed. Speaking to an understanding vet should get you a dosage.
You need to crush it with a spoon and add the spoonful to cup of tank water, and stirred it well until fully dissolved. Then was poured into the tank. After an hour to two check and you should see none. Few to no dips really kill them. Thereafter, siphon the dead ones up and inspect daily for eggs. One (large) tablet of Interceptor should treat 400g of water. Removed all crabs and shrimps You can find placing them in a safe tank separate from your tank. Assure inverts have circulation, a heater and maintain salinity while in quarantine for their safety. You can live rock in their tank as well so they have something to pick food from as well as places to hide.

Verify this is what you see:
