Red bugs questions

So I have confirmed I have some red bugs on some sps in my tank. The only exception is my birds of paradise and green slimmer, mygi tort, red planet, strawberry acro that all fine. Maybe since there not smooth skinned like the others I lost. I guess the mygi and strawberry is smooth but anyways. Will these bug die off eventully? I don't want to dose my tank with anything I don't plan on getting any more sps. I like the ones I got and that's all I want in the tank. I hear that they only eat smooth skinned acros is this true? I am gonna start dipping my stuff in bayer for now on.

Well they will continue to eat away.
The dipping route will be long winded
