I noticed theese in my tank on my glass this morning. I noticed my zoas are not looking healthy and almost look like they are melting. Any help identifying theese would help. Thanks 15829223572192642101097937299414.jpg

Agreed. Use Flatworm Exit to treat . You have at least 10 times the amount in your tank that you visibly see. Then melanurus wrasse to keep threshold low or non existent.

Before chemical treatment and yes they are planaria flatworms... there are options.
Firstly, siphon up as many as you can to reduce numbers and battle.
Melanurus, and lunare wrasse will eat these. IF you can find one, Blue velvet nudibranch will devour them (see pic below).
If all else fails or unable to find the previously mentioned, then do acquire flatworm exit.

Thanks for the help. Not sure where these flat worms came from. The only thing I have introduced to my tank in the last 6 months was dragons breath from algaebarn.com.
