Red bullseye mushroom help

does my red bullseye mushroom look unhappy when I first got it about a month ago it was big and spread out with long stringy tips now I have moved it around my tank in many diff places and it still looks like this I’m thinking possibly to much flow because I have been messing with flow to make other corals happy

It looks good the mushrooms have there moments where they look bad but ut is just them going through a cycle like soft corals some times they shrivel up and look dead then in a few days they sluff off the bad and anew gen.
