Red Coris Wrasse Skin Issue

My Red Coris Wrasse has a few pale spots and I'm curious if it's possible Velvet or Ich or just blotchy coloration? Purchased about a week and a half ago and is in between juvenile and adult coloration. I'm not sure if I should be worried or not?

What looks like blotches may be stemming from color transition but also assure you are keeping up with water quality and that this is not bacterial development. The heavy blue lighting makes it hard to pinpoint as pics are best taken under white lighting.

I don’t see ich or velvet on that fish, the blotchiness on the belly isn’t normal though.
Is the fish eating well?

Looks like his normal color transformation to me. Just feed a little heavy next couple weeks.
