Is this Red Cyno? It doesn’t fit with other pics I’ve seen and I’ve had to dos nitrate to get my levels up - still zero phosphate

Salt - 1.025
pH - 8.3
Temp -79.5
Alk - 8.5 (trident)
Ca - 417 (trident)
Mg - 1320
Tank cycled - July 2020

Not 100% for cyano, the cyano usually isn't that much flapping and moving from the water flow. May be diatoms or dinoflagellates. If you can get another video, and let us know do you have to over the sand and/or to another areas? Cyano requer usually both Phos and Nitrates. I can bet on dinoflagellates.
