Red dots growing on my aquarium

Would like to see if you have any idea what is the red things growing at the back of my aquarium and most importantly how could I get rid of it?

Coraline... use a scraper it will flake off.

Fear not, it is a good sign and means your alk and calcium are in check

Welcome to R2R, as @Lovefish77 said that’s a good sign but if you don’t like it it can be scrapped off.
