I got a Speedy 3 pump back in october and it had a crack so I returned it and I have been waiting on a replacement ever since. They are not saying they will not be in stock until JUNE. I am sick of waiting and wait to startup my system.

I had the 6340 GPH version and am looking for something of similar flow that is DC and controllable.

Got any recommendations?

Looking into those platiunum blue pumps. The only thing I cant seem to find is if they have some kind of 0-10v control.

So after a few round abouts, I decided the Platinum blue pumps would not work. They have flow but not enough flow at the head pressure i need and they are as far as I can see pretty cheaply made for the price point.

I ended up finding a used RD pump and getting that. It arrived with a cracked volute so I was back to waiting on RD. They told me End of march.

I just checked again and they now say they have no idea when they will be getting stock in. So Ive had it. Its been 6 months of waiting and Im just done.

I will be returning or selling the RD pump I have and replacing them with Jebao DCP-20000 pumps. I will not have the controllability I want but I will have the flow at the pressure I want.

I am honestly shocked by all this. Mostly because RD mentioned they CAN get the parts they need, but the current price is not acceptable to them. I guess cost savings is more important that customer service so I will never be purchasing anything from red dragon again.
