Even if not RD it is still a unique deep water! Especially for $20

After it grows a bit and is happy RD will develop a blue tip

In my red dragon I do not recognize any striations on the skin.

You would see them if using a macro lens.
Difficult to see w/ naked eye

Ok, so where would you guys recommend placement? I'm running 2 119 watt 20k led units. I have lots of flow in the tank as well. 2 k3's plus 2 loc-line eductors off of my OR6500 return pump. Any advice is appreciated.

Too high of placement in my tank causes it to lose the deep red color. It causes it to be a light pink purplish color, so I guess it depends on what you want its ultimate appearance to be.

im with him if it is not the tyree one then it is not the real one but still nice deep water coral

Just thought I would update this. Here it is now almost a year later. Seemed like forever before it started taking off. Has about tripled in size over the last few months.
