Red Dragonet + Goby - Cupramine in QT?

Not the dragonet. I'd run TTM on these two to simplify things. Add Prazi to that and you cover two of the "big three". Keep a sharp eye out for velvet as that's the third in the the "big three".

I'd go with TTM but I don't have the setup at the moment....
They've been in the QT for over a week now just hanging out. The goby is eating fine and the Dragonet has been busy picking at rocks etc. Neither seems too out of sorts. I'm fine leaving them in there for a while but that won't really do anything for ich I guess.
Could I just leave them for a month and see what happens?

You could, but ick can hide real easy on both of these. Thick slime coats tend to keep ick in their gills- out of sight. You'd have to sit and watch them for 30 minutes a day. Watch for behavioral symptoms like scratching, flashing, breathing heavy ect. Even one dot appears and you know it's there.

If it's a lower dose then you tread a thin line between being therapeutic and useless. Even the minimum therapeutic dose can be tricky with these guys. I don't recommend copper at all with them, but if you were to try it , it might work with coppersafe -maybe (not my advice, just a passing thought) If it doesn't work I didn't say it at all!
Yes! There is another way. If you can source real, true Chloroquine Phosphate from a pharmacy (we have access to one online with a trusted source for pure CP) then you're golden. Both of those fish would do fine in CP. You just have to get a prescription from a vet first- which is the hardest part. CP will cover you with pretty much anything and you can dose it at full therapeutic level right away. Don't attempt the ebay and amazon stuff as those products are iffy at best with the purity of their CP which makes it impossible to know the actual dose of CP in the QT.

I'm going to give it some thinking time and figure out a good plan. I don't have another tank set up at the moment and getting that all together in a healthy/functioning way for a TTM could be difficult. But I'm going to poke around the equipment bins and see what I can scrape together.
Problem is both of these guys have a lot of white speckles! Not as easy to spot ich etc.
