Red Dragon's breath

Just picked some up, never owned it before but have always wanted it. Can someone tell me if I can or should dip it before putting it in my tank? Thanks.

I didn't bother. Maybe just give it a good rinse/swish around and wipe off. I've never tried dipping algae

if you think it has pests you could dip it I guess. I don't think it would hurt it. I have personally never dipped algae.
Prazipro will not hurt it. I do know that.
