Red film on Gonipora?

Any idea what this is?? Only present on this LPS, no where else in the tank.

Looks like Cyanobacteria, but being limited to just that one piece would make that unlikely. Hopefully someone else will chime in soon!
 
I'm thinking cyano , especially if it blows off, and are those aiptasia behind it?
 
Looks like Cyno. It looks to me that goni is dying and the cyano is covering the area that is dying. Those aiptasia could be part of the reason. Very well could be stinging or irritating the goni enough. The area that is dying is creating enough nutrients for the cyano.
 
Yes, I've been battling Aptasia.

I took out the Goni and scrubbed off the red stuff, came off very easily. I agree it looked a lot like Cyano.

I moved him to another area with no Aptasia, so hopefully that helps.
