Red Film? Please Help!

My tank has only been up and running for about a week (still in cycling process), and I started to notice some kind of light red film in one spot in the sand, and in only a day it spread to a few parts of the tank. I started with live sand/dry rock, and have kept the lights off. Any idea what this is?

Cyanobacteria most likely.
