I'm assuming these guys are red planaria flatworms? These are in my refugium. I'm guessing they came in on some macro algae.

Do I need to worry about these getting into the display tank? I've got a melanurus wrasse... would he eat these?

Thanks

the wrasse will most like likely keep them out of the display
Agree, red planeria. I just treated my 144 this evening for the same kind. If they are in your sump then there is a strong chance are they made it to your DT. I had 5 wrasses in the DT but apparently didn't care for the taste...,.figures. I have battled these numerous times now, the first time treating with FW exit can be intimidating, the 7th, 8th 9th isn't near as bad.

Oh no! Well that sounds like no fun. I just removed all I could find from the sump. Any impact on changing feeding / nutrient levels?

No impact on feeding and nutrient levels from what I have experienced. Your Melanurus might munch on them.
