Red flatworms

In the past I have had red flatworms in my tank but not to the extent that they've been an issue so other than siphoning some out occasionally I never really did much about them. It has been a while since I have seen any in my display but I just noticed that in my (unused) refugium I have a lot of them, but still none that I notice in the display. I'm assuming any that make it to the display are a snack for either the mandarin or the melanurus. Is there any reason to remove them from the refugium?
I can isolate the refugium so I could easily use flatworm exit and then replace all of the water if there is a reason to worry about them.

Yes they do. I'm not positive which fish is eating them but it could possibly explain why my mandarin is getting fat. Lol

If it were me i would eradicate them just because i sometimes trade/sell corsal and dont want anyone getting my pests.

I have no intentions of selling anything so that won't be an issue for me, but a good point anyways.
