hey everyone tons of discussion on sea stars and keeping them. I have a baby one in qt. I keep this tank full of algae and detritus and over feed basically it’s a invert qt and frag tank. However I would like to take the step above. Anyone have suggestions on food they love. I feed the fish in that tank selcon soaked salmon scallops mussel and shrimp. With a side of spirulina brine.

My snails have Turkey comas. They can’t keep up! It’s different letting algae grow for these guys but in this tank it’s ok. My main display I try and keep spotless

Here are just a few of them.I have many sea stars my blue is my favorite he is pretty old. I have him maybe 7 or 8 yrs could be more not sure. they do best in a mature tank. They eat everything. From on the glass to on the rocks or crush coral.. i heavy feed because i have very large fish and my CUC cleans it all up.. they do love silverslides my brittle star grabs it right away
