Red Growth

Tried searching the forum and couldn’t find anything that looked like this. It is growing pretty fast and is currently isolated to one rock at the plot of my tank. What is it and should I do anything about it?

Likely red slime algae, take that piece out and trash it before it spreads off

trash it? Can I bleach it? Kind of a cool piece of rock
