Red Hair Algae Growing on Back Sump

I have a 32.5-gallon reef tank, with a back sump. I have this red hair algae in my back sump that keeps coming back even if I manually pull it off. How do you think I could get rid of it?

That looks like cyano. Cyano is somewhat easy to remove. If its only in back chamber, then just remove it with a siphon.

Its red slime and you will notice in area of light and in the dark are pineapple sponges
Wipe both with a sponge- no need for chemicals and cover the area with dark plastic or similar to block light and assure your phosphate level Not elevated
