So lately my 29 gallon BioCube's sand bed is somewhat covered with red hair algae, I just recently added two Fire Gobys about two weeks ago

I've done a good water change, filter change and cleaned out my skimmer & sponge

Water is clear just having issues with this hair algae, Any suggestions?

Thats cyno. You need to increase flow check your nitrates and phosphates. Also you can vacumn sandbed. Do not overfeed it causes excess nutrients which lead to algae.

That is too high. Slow down on your feeding and do some water changes. Do you have skimmer? Get rid of the sponge or anything else you have that will trap debris.
