There doesn't seem to be a lot of information out there about these guys in terms of ownership, other than what's on LA / ORA. I've been waiting forever for Greenbanded gobies to show up, but the LFS let me know these guys are in if I'm interested.

It appears they're a similar nano goby ~2" max, possibly a quasi-cleaner. Does anyone have some of these little guys? Debating picking a couple up..

They will often clean other fish but do not rely on them for food as some cleaner fish do so they make a great choice as a cleaner. Very peaceful but may fight with other red headed gobies. They are perfectly reef safe and stay nice and small like you said already. I would say go for it!

Thanks TJ, darn about the 1-2 year life span. Think I'm going to pick the pair up anyway, can't resist little nano gobies!
