Red Hornets or no? I just got them

Hey I may as well chime in as I have recently bought A SINGLE polyp of the RH and I dont see any blue in the skirt of yours was yours 180.00 a polyp-LOL

Tina, in that link there are a Buncha different photos that are pretty good!





The Brown ones with red ring could actually also be part of the japanese deepwater family.
when there is "less" light the ring actually normally goes away, the ring usually shows up when there is a good amount of light.

Which is why sometimes, I don't like it when any joeschmoe can just put a name on a polyp and post it as that. I mean look at it now, even brown or plain ol' buttom polyps have names now... geesh.

Thats about the same growth I have. I got one on Jan 1st from BayCorals that actually came in as 1 and a baby, most vendors would have sent 1 and no baby, not at $180 a pop, but not BayCorals they sent the 2, and I now have 3 adult and 1 baby polyps.

i am getting an order from them next week (2 storms dropped 24" and 20" of snow in less than a week!!) of hornets and others, and for the last 3 weeks of dealing with them, i can say that dealing with them has been total class! the only negative i have is that they keep getting stuff in that i keep adding to my order!! haha

Thanks for the kind words Nick! I had them fragged with the chalices you got and it ended up growing and extra eye during the healing process. Looks like they are growing good for you. I'm glad you got them.:smile:

Your frag is looking pretty good too Eric. I actually added a extra frag rack to my system to just to hold your frags. :cry:
