Red legged hermit crabs

Probably a daft question but my tiny hermit crab has flipped over onto his back... is he stuck or can he flip back over on his own?

Usually they will flip back over, but if its bothering you you can flip him back over

Im my 35gallon aquarium i have 2 clownfish. 2 cleaner shrimp. 2 hermit crabs and 2 turbo snails. Should i be supplementing the cuc 's food as j dont have many fish or much algae as its a relativvely new tank?

A little dried seaweed rubber banded to a small piece of rubble wouldn't be too bad, if there's no other food(algae) in tank to eat.

Is it normal for my hermit crabs to stay as high up as they can climb on the rock?
Shouldnt they be on the sand at the bottom eating my fish waste?

Some crabs are climbers of mountains while others hide their heads in the sand. Tis a brave crab who reaches for the sky... or rather the ceiling.

Mine jump or drop to the bottom when I feed. They flip upside down and eat stuff flying around. Let'em live it up.

I have had a few hermits climb my heater all the way to the top. One time my zebra hermit then used the powercord for the powerhead as a bridge and was on the powerhead.

Hahaha. Mine climbs to the very top and sticks his head out the water !!! Then falls to the sand and starts all over again!

I had one (God rest his soul ) that was all over the rock work he would even climb the silicone sealant up the corners of the tank and then go tumbling down I miss that lil buggers antics
