Red Macro? Id?

This has been slowly growing in our refugium for the better part of a year in a lower lit area. Can't figure out exactly what it is. Its firm to the touch,not slimy. We really like it and want to encourage its growth but don't know what it is.

Thanks! We are gonna keep it growing, it was a hitchhiker at some point. The pale whitish mark on the one I think was it getting too much light.
