Red macro or coraline

seems like coralline algae! does to scrape off easily?

Try blowing it with a turkey baster.
If it blows off its cyano which it looks like.

Plus one on the above, except sometimes cyano doesn't blow off too easily. If you scrub it with a toothbrush though, you could tell for sure. Coraline won't come off

I have blown it a few times. Not coming off easily.

I have tried the toothbrush.
It's a pretty thick mat that won't budge

Seems like a smoother variety of Coralline then (or possibly Peyssonnelia), both of which shouldn't be an issue.
P.S. Coralline and Peyssonnelia are both red macroalgae.

If it spreads rapidly and starts growing over your coral, then it's likely cyano and you can try treating your tank.
