Hi, what is this on the rocks? Is it harmful or the good stuff?

I believe it is coralline. I do dose RG Complete so that is what the green is. It seems to stain the rocks when I dose.

I know it’s been a while since I’ve updated but this what it looks like. I’ve dropped the lights down to about 5hrs and it grows like no tomorrow. I dose 20 drops of RN Phyto-feast for the copepods. I’m getting ready to do water changes but the rocks don’t look healthy to me. Anyone think the rocks rather don’t look good? I still have to scrape the algae off the glass about weekly or as it starts to really take over.

Unusual rock type, the right is man made.. it's weird shape, the bottom rock man made with purple let's say paint, the rock on top looks very close... but in my opinion.. man made.
Yes it's all generally covered in standard algae
