Red or Blue

I'm thinking about adding a carpet anemone to my tank. Which one would you want, not looking at price.​

Most cases I would say add red to the tank but the blue carpets I have seen have an insane deep blue color.

I like both but blue looks better to me. Red is just rare.

I would do red,but thats just me,I like rare and exoitc things,the red or more rare than blue,but both are exotic,so honsetly,if you tank was big enough I would do both,I know a guy who had done it.

Unless you can get a truly beautiful red one - dark red and good sized, I'd go with blue. You can find nice blue ones and then if for some reason, it were to die - you wouldn't feel as bad about losing all that money on top of the loss of a beautiful specimen.

I use to have a red carpet, but hurricane gustav killed it. I paid a nice penny for it to. I have all sps and a couple of clams fright now, I am just considering adding anemone back into my tank.

red all the way. the red stands out alot more than the blue in my opioin.

You dont see to many things that are blue in this hobby so i say blue
