Red PE swollen

Hi everyone. Someone have me a PE and today it's swollen, especially the far left paly. So much so the mouth is extended. Anyone know what could cause this? He has been getting plowed by the new CUC (mainly the too large for my tank Turbo snail)

Or it just ate a lot and is holding it in till it digests, Z's and P's are pretty weird at times
