Red People Eater Paly Closed

Happy New Year Everyone,
I purhcased a frag of red people eater paly's a few months ago and they seemed to be doing great. about 2 or 3 weeks ago they closed up. havent seen open since. i relocated the frag, and i just recently (yesturday) did a fresh water dip (nothing came off). It is still not opening up. The bulb/base looks good.

i have a few different types of palys (nuclears, green lant, fire/ice, etc.) and they are all doing great. just these two are giving me the problem.
any suggestions? thanks in advance.

These are finicky like that at times

move it to low flow low light area to see if it recovers

will do. hopefully they make it. i know they are cheap/affordable, but id hate to have to replace them. thanks for the advice.
