About 3 weeks ago I got some new corals online, including a frag of Red People Eater Zoas and Sunny D Palys. The Sunny Ds adapted pretty well and opened up a few hours after being introduced, the Red People Eater on the other hand didn't open fully, I thought it was still adapting, but it's been almost 3 weeks and it won't fully open. Is this the sign of something or is it just taking longer to adapt?

I dipped all of the corals in Revive and saw nothing worrying in the dip, so I doubt parasites are the issue. All of my other corals (zoas included) are fully opened. Nothing seems to be bothering it either. Right now it's in low-medium flow and low-medium light.

I would give them a bit more time. Mine seem to be very picky and when upset close for awhile. If they still aren’t opening or look like they are degrading then maybe try a new spot.
