Red pimple now white bump on clown

This clown got a red spot on its mouth. Which turned into a pimple and then started to heal. Now it has this white bulge on its side that's really just getting bigger and not spreading. Any ideas?

Actually it does look like a little wiry cauliflower

It could be Lymphocystis, which rarely kills though. Try something like stress coat or melafix to encourage healing and keep up good water changes and a good feeding routine.
