Red Planaria - Adding Additional Live Sand

I'm in the process of QT'ing a wrasse to hopefully help me battle my red planaria. I want to add more live sand to my display tank in preparation for adding the wrasse.

Any concerns about burying the planaria that are on my current sand bed? I can try to siphon them out - but I wind up removing a lot of sand in that process.

No problem at all, they will crawl up through the sand to be on top again.
