Red planaria in fuge, what to do now?

I noticed what I believe to be red planaria in my fuge, should I take immediate evasive action? I've never seen any in my display before and to be honest I don't know how long they have been in the fuge. There is probably over a thousand in there on a halimidea plant.

They are to small to photo but they are small reddish purple spade shaped shell-less slug looking things. At first I thought the halimidea had holes in it.

Any suggestions, I have read about melanarus wrasses and flatworm exit. I'm going to call the LFS today about both. Suppose to be getting a yellow wrasse today, however the fuge is sandless so neither of those wrasses can go in there.

Does anybody think they will not be a problem in there?

It's only a matter of time before they reach your DT. IMHO preventive action should be taken. Siphon out as many as possible, use double the dose of Flatworm Exit, change 50% of the water and then retreat after 2 weeks.
