This is for a 10g sexy shrimp reef - I do not want to use flatworm exit since there is a ton of micro fauna in the tank and I am trying to attempt to raise their babies (in a separate tank). This also eliminates any flatworm eating creature except that nudibranch which I would never be able to get locally.
So I have been removing them a couple times a week, I haven't really kept track but after removing most of the visible ones the population will explode a few days later. I probably should just do this everyday but would like to know if every day is needed or if every other or every 3 days is enough to reduce the population. I'm aware over time their populations tend to level off but since this is a small tank with not a lot of filtration I also want to avoid a mass die off. I'm fine spending a few weeks doing this manually but it feels like every time I slip for a few days I'm back to square one.
