Ive been doing some thinking on the "red planaria" case I treated a few weeks ago. I had these guys for about 6 months before treating but eveer only seen them on the glass. I treated with FW exit in a 200gal system 2 full bottles and a few days later with 3 full bottles. It seemed to kill them and saw no trace for a few weeks. Saw a couple pop up in my frag tang again a week ago and decided to treat with levasole HCL today. Looking closer at these FW they just don't look like red planaria(Convolutriloba retrogemma) but instead look like ghost worms(Amphiscolops). Would like to get a second opinion and this may explain why I didn't wipe them out with the heavy dosing of FW exit? This pic was taken when I did the FW exit dosing. While I thought they looked red they don't cover my tank like I see in other pics and don't have that "patented" 3 pin tail but a two pin. Here is the thread that questions my ID on the flatworm: http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2079395

Looks like an acoel flatworm. Simply siphon it up.
** DO check now and daily for presence of any eggs from flatworm in the tank. Assure they are gone. May be time to add a security guard in the tank (A/K/A 6 lined wrasse, lunare or melanurus wrasse) . . which will eat them

frag tank 15x24x8H no sand. in the main dsiplay I got a spotted mandarin, yellow wrasse, 6 line and springeri. Ill probably get a spotted mandarin and springeris for the frag tank. It is connected to main display. I thought these flatworms were good for algae control?

Problem is, in numbers, they can smother coral preventing light which produces zooanthele for energy to be shaded.
