Red planet Acro color question

i‘ve read conflicting things about lighting and coloring of the red planet Acro. I have one that is pinker than red and a bright green base.

I’ve read that’s because of higher light and it it was in lower light it would be a deeper read. I’ve also read the exact opposite that’s is high light that causes pink and green.

Not a super big deal to me either way, but I’m curious of opinions mainly for my other corals.
 
Low nutrients will result also in pastel colors.

Low light can turn bright colored acros greenish.

To much nutrients will makes your acros dark colored up to brownish color.
 
Here is what happened to my Red Planet. I got a piece from a home grown colony which one of my local dealers had growing in his tank. The Colony was a foot wide and had amazing growth.

Here is what it looked like when I first got it.
It's just sitting in my frag tank.

2 weeks later it looked like this:

I went back and got a bigger piece from same colony yesterday and can only hope it follows the same color transformation.

This photo shows a good representation of RP in high/low light. My t5s do not cover all the way to the back of my tank. This piece stayed green until it grew out to a higher par area then the red/pink stared to come in. Then, as it reached further out it started to get green, again. Only thing I can think of, I used to have really strong blue LEDs angled on a 45 that hit this piece more than any other being right at the surface. Don't know if it was the high blue spectrum that caused this or what? Now it's in a T5/MH system around same PAR and is basically just white, red/pink. Only green is tucked down in the nooks&crannies of the branches and base. Could be that blue LEDs cause more green coloration in this piece, or bluer spectrum in general.

Super high light under a solid, quality source will turn it all red with no green (white in there too mostly in the growing areas). Lower light from that same source will have some green in it.

LEDs are different since all of them have varying degrees of quality. This seems to be a crapshoot. This seems to be more about quality than quantity

From ORA directly:
The ORA Red Planet is one of our most popular corals. It is a tabling Acropora with red and pink corallites and a metallic green base. Polyp coloration on this coral is a deep red and the new growth is light pink to white. Under intense lighting the coral may lose the attractive green coloration, it will return if the coral is moved to a lower light area.

FWIW - back in the olden days before LED, most of the ones that you saw were just red. You had to find a Atlantis Christmas Mirabilis for the green to stay.
 
I have three frags in top middle and bottom of the tank. The one on top is all red. The middle is a mix of red on top greens where the light is not hitting directly and the frag on bottom of tank is definitely more green with tips a little pink
