Red planet acro!!

So I wanna get a red planet acro as my only acro in the tank. My tank is. 24x24x18 45 gal cube. I have a Kessil 160 on it at 75% intensity and 70% color. Can someone maybe give me info to keep it happy in my tank??

Stable Parameters and good flow. I started with a 2 inch frag apron 6 years ago and now it is 16" x 15".

That doesn't make much difference it matters more that they stay the same. Easiest to maintain at ime is alk 8dkh with ca around 420. Keep alk within 1dkh of highest and lowest points always.

Every system is different. I run my alk at 9 and cal at 450 and mag at 1400. I have T-5's.

Okay thanks. My cal is at 400 alk is around 9.6. I do 5 gallon weekly water changes

These are out of sync. If you have alk that high your ca should be higher. Imo.

I'm a euphyllia hoarder. I like sps but hate the sucking so much cal and alk. I do not plan on dosing until I really have to sooo

Couldn't have said it better myself. I remember when I started, let's do a FOWLR tank, which turned to zoa and then lps. Now I can't sell or give away for that matter, all my zoas and lps fast enough to buy more acros or Millie's.

If you get it right for acros everything else will be happy too. As long as your not starving the tank but not many people that like lps have that problem.
