For all you guys out there with red rimmed chalices, how much light do you give it. I'm under the impression that most of them tolerate a good amount of light but I don't want to fry mine.

Here's my UC Hellfire frag. Looking to raise it to higher light over time in hopes of improving the color and growth.

Nice addition. Only ones I know that have this piece are M&M and Kelby but there are probably others out there. It may be best to contact and ask them directly. Most red rims are different in their lighting requirements and temperments. You may also want to contact Dnov since he has several different ones in his collection.

Thanks for the advice a appreciate it because I would've thought most red rims were similar as far as placement.

A local here in Utah purchased a frag directly from UC in late 2010 and sold it to "Laird" here on the forum (also local to me). I got my frag from his mini colony.

The few I have all tolerate and seem to prefer higher lighting. Nice acquisition Billy...
