Red Sea 45 setting

I have mine running on a slightly customized setting. Settings below.

However for lps you could increase the max higher than 60, especially if you only have one.

I have 2 on opposite side one higher than the other I have random at 50 percent

I have mine on the back of the tank about 2.5 inches from the top. (Just low enough to not vortex from the surface at 60%)

Unless yours are blowing things around I would say crank them up to 65 or 70% for LPS and a 5' tank.

My tank is 60x30x24
