Red Sea 625xxl return hose barb

Hi guys, I’m picking up a used 625xxl on Friday. I’m going to try and swap it out with my 300xl while I have extra hands on but I need to be able to switch over my return pump. Can anyone inform me of what size tubing I need to connect to the stock Red Sea return hose Barb? On my 300xl I think it’s 5/8 or 3/4..

3/4” threaded hose barb – Pipe Int. Dia

I’m have same trouble seems my vectra is 3/4 tubing and the red sea plumbing is a touch smaller. Any ideals?

All Red Sea plumbing is in metric.

Yeah I done some reading on that awhile back so should I cutoff factory barb and and find a metric slip to standard barb
