Red Sea 650 flow to sump

Hi I am adding an thieling roller mat to my red see max 650s and just wanted to know if anyone ever tested actual flow . The pump is rated at 7000 liters but also feeds skimmer and with head loss trying to see how many gallons per hour are returned to sump .

Talked to Red Sea today they figure it is about 1200 gal per hour to much for thieling will have to use stand alone pump
