Red Sea 750 XXL V3 versus V2

Hi I just ordered a Red Sea 750 XXL from a distributor here in Canada and even though their website links over to the Red Sea website for specs they ended up sending me the older V2 model versus the new V3. It sounds like the V3 has dual returns, better glass, circulation and a improved stand. I've contacted Red Sea and the distributor but they seem to be downplaying the changes offering to send me extra supports for the stand. For those in the know, is there a material difference between the V2 and new V3 model. Assuming the V2 is still good, how much of a discount would you expect if you were to buy a discontinued model. RS say it would come with a 2 year warranty, vs the 3 year their website shows for the new model. I've also been told by the distributor there are no V3s in Canada. Can anyone confirm this.

Edit, I've heard back from RS the 750 V3 is available in Canada!

So, really, is the improved glass, flow, stand material more of tweak or are there known issues with the older 750? Sounds like the stand has a fix, so it's more glass and flow I'm wondering about.
